By placing an order with Quiet Crumbs Bakery, you agree to the following terms.

All products are offered subject to availability and are prepared in limited small batches. Orders are confirmed only once checkout has been completed and payment has been received.

Quiet Crumbs Bakery operates on a preorder basis. This means orders are prepared according to the bake schedule for that week or collection/delivery period. Estimated timings may vary and will be confirmed where needed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details entered at checkout are correct, including product selection, contact details, delivery address where applicable, and any other relevant information.

Quiet Crumbs Bakery currently offers:

• local collection
• local delivery within the selected delivery area

Full collection details are provided after order confirmation. Customers should not attend collection before receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

For local delivery orders, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order where required and that the contact number provided is correct.

As our products are perishable food items and made to order, returns are not accepted once orders have been collected or delivered, except where there is an issue caused by an error on our part. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or refuse any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Quiet Crumbs Bakery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
