Refund policy

At Quiet Crumbs Bakery, all orders are prepared in small batches and made to order.

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day you receive it by email at quietcrumbsbakery@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp on 07790070205. Where relevant, please include clear photographs and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds, replacements, or partial refunds are considered at our discretion where:

  • the wrong item was provided
  • an item is missing from the order
  • the order arrives in an unacceptable condition due to an error on our part

As our bakes are made to order, cancellation requests are limited. Once your order has been accepted and production for the week’s bake has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible. Where a cancellation is requested before preparation begins, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • incorrect customer details being provided at checkout
  • failure to collect an order at the agreed time
  • failure to be available for local delivery at the agreed time
  • storage or reheating not being followed after collection or delivery

If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch promptly and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.
